• Parent/guardian contact info: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and relationship to students, used for communication and access to the platform.
• Login and account data: Email addresses, hashed passwords (we do not store plain-text passwords), login timestamps, and session information.
• Payment references: Transaction IDs, payment status, and subscription-related references. Educan does not hold or process funds; payments for school subscriptions and, where applicable, fee payments are processed through Razorpay via each school's own Razorpay account. We may store references to transactions for support and reconciliation only.
• Usage and technical data: Logs, device/browser information, and analytics data to improve our services and security.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Educan platform.
• Authenticate users and manage access.
• Enable attendance, communication, fee management, and other school management features.
• Send service-related notifications, updates, and support communications.
• Improve our platform, security, and user experience.

We do not sell your personal data.
